About the unit
Resource Management Support Unit supports the core operations of the Company in terms of providing fleet manpower through External Service Contractors (ESC) and Independent Contractors (IC), excluding 3PL providers for Middle Mile and Transport.
About the Position
The main goal of the Resource Management Support (RMS) team is to build standardized processes and frameworks so that the Last Mile operations teams can build and manage their fleets efficiently, to in turn achieve the necessary capacity to support the operations.
The Resource Management Support - Intern will be assigned to perform day-to-day tasks to support the main functions of processing applications of delivery personnel and partners, such as the following:
- Requirements screening and accounts creation.
- Maintenance of leads directories.
- Managing data for new and prospective applicants and partners.
- Logging and consolidating leads from various channels, and
- Ensuring information is accurate and necessary details are included.
- Prepare reports and dashboards.
- Prepare and validate billings.
- Consolidates reports which will be the basis of Finance in Deductions and Billing
- Maintenance of records by safekeeping all legal documents and files such as contracts.
- Assist in qualifying leads.
- Other related tasks that may be assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Qualifications:
- Taking up any course in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or any equivalent courses.
- Must have a basic understanding of spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data entry, formatting, and simple formulas.
