Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Overview:
Lead development and implementation of ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules within Agile/Scrum teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications (CSM, ITSM).

Create workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

Build and manage REST APIs, Scripted APIs, and Service Portal (pages, widgets, AngularJS).

Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.

Ensure code quality, testing, documentation, and data security compliance.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver business solutions.

Kualifikasi Minimum

At least 8 years of IT industry experience
At least 5 years of ServiceNow development experience
Experience with CSM module, Portal Customization, and Advanced Scripting
Experienced with Client and server-side JavaScript and AngularJS
Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, ServiceNow API architecture, Rest Integrations, and Scripted REST API development.
Advanced Work Assignment Module (Setting up channels, queues, assignment rules, handling agent presence and capacity)
Service Portal Architecture (Creation of portals, pages, widgets, etc.)
