Create strategies to identify trends, fluctuations in business objectives and partner relationships through actionable reports to achieve: 80% partners sold and delivered PS engagements globally > 90% opportunities with an established criteria to be flagged and notified to Services teams on time > 95% accuracy in SFDC Partner and PS deployed opportunities Training credits tracking and backlog process Maintain and update information relevant for post-sales partner driven programs such as ATP, PLS and Specialized Services partners. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with sales teams and partner teams. Understand client needs and objectives to effectively generate information about partners’ services and solutions Track PLS partners performance metrics, analyze data to identify areas of improvement and provide regular updates and reports to senior management on partners’ progress and achievements Become a single point of contact for the Services team related to information accuracy and data projections Escalate internally to ensure accurate information is provided by the Sales and Channel teams Ensure end of project documentation is shared with the customer and the organization Keep a close alignment with the Channel team to inform them on the progress made Assist in the development of internal processes to enhance partner programs Work with the larger CSG team to ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process and beyond Work with the Partner Success team to address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
