- Outbound Calling: Contact targeted wedding vendors in specific regions aligned with our venue partners
- Opportunity Introduction: Present the value of our curated print + digital wedding publications as venue-aligned marketing opportunities.
- Qualification: Assess vendor fit based on category, service area, decision-making authority, and budget readiness
- Appointment Booking: Schedule face-to-face or virtual meetings for our sales team to present packages and close deals.
- Follow-Up: Conduct light follow-up to reduce no-shows, confirm attendance, and maintain momentum in the sales pipeline.
- CRM/Tracking: Log calls, outcomes, and appointments in company systems to ensure accurate reporting and smooth handoff to sales.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales support

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence.

Ability to quickly build rapport and convey value propositions clearly.

Organized and detail-oriented, with experience in CRM or lead-tracking tools.

Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Familiarity with the wedding industry or vendor ecosystem is a plus.

Experience in cold calling in the publishing /advertising industry making at least 70 calls per day using personality in conversation style appointment setting

Has own equipments (remote working computer, noise-cancelling headphones)
