Build the Team that Builds Spectrumed.
We’re looking for an HR Manager (Head of HR level) who can be both strategic partner and hands-on operator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Own recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compensation
· Shape HR policies and culture across the company
· Advise leaders on org design, people issues, and change
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, ISO, and QMS standards
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
· 5–8 years HR experience, including 5+ years in management
· Strong labor law and HR best-practice knowledge
· Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
· Experience with HRIS and data-driven HR
