We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recording and posting of daily/monthly financial transactions
- Assist in processing of invoices, receipts, and payments
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Maintain accurate filing of financial records and subsidiary ledgers
- Monitoring of monthly dues and account reconciliation
- Perform other accounting-related duties
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- At least one year experience as an accounting clerk
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
