Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Freelance Project Coordinator to assist with our upcoming events from January 27 to February 14, 2025. The ideal candidate will have experience in event management and logistics coordination.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor event ingress and egress to ensure smooth operations
- Manage and monitor the event timetable to keep events on schedule
- Coordinate logistics related to event setup and breakdown
- Prepare materials needed for the events, ensuring they are organized and ready for use
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven experience in project coordination or event management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools
- Knowledge of event planning best practices and vendor management
- Flexibility to work on weekends or outside standard hours as needed
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
