The Assistant Sales Training Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering effective sales training programs to equip our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator with a strong background in sales, a passion for coaching, and a commitment to driving performance through continuous learning and development.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably graduate of BSBA, HRDM, Marketing, Psychology, Mass Communications, BS REM, or any related courses
- Must be able to handle segment-focused training programs for salespersons
- At least 4-5 years of experience in sales training and/or real estate
- Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be able to create high-level training programs and presentation
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel and conduct training to the sales team when needed
- Must be with strong analytical and planning skills
- In-depth understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and performance metrics
