We are hiring a Sales and Marketing Support Representative to join our high-performance Sales Support Team. This back-end sales support role is focused on streamlining workflows for U.S. and U.K. based Sales Consultants and Account Executives. You will be responsible for CRM data management, lead qualification, marketing coordination, report generation, and administrative support for ongoing campaigns and client initiatives.

This role plays a crucial part in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and speed of our sales pipeline by ensuring data integrity, monitoring client communications, and executing key sales operations functions.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Key Responsibilities

Sales & CRM Support

  • Update and manage records in Salesforce CRM, including Leads, Contacts, and Accounts
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy to support effective sales forecasting and pipeline visibility
  • Track and respond to inbound inquiries from web, email, and LinkedIn
  • Assign and endorse qualified leads to Sales Consultants based on lead distribution rules

Lead Generation & Research

  • Conduct contact discovery and research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
  • Build and maintain lead lists for targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Identify new contacts within existing accounts and gather verified information.

Administrative & Marketing Support

  • Monitor sales inboxes and ensure timely responses to incoming emails
  • Provide administrative support for proposal development and campaign tracking
  • Assist with internal project coordination and data reporting for executive leadership
  • Maintain real-time records of project statuses and deliverables for Sales Executives

Sales Communication Support

  • Organize and filter executive email accounts to improve focus and responsiveness.
  • Accept inbound calls when the primary Small Business Solutions (SBS) team is unavailable.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing and project management teams.



Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, administrative support, or CRM operations
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, sales funnel stages, and client success workflows
  • Experience working with global or U.S.-based sales teams is preferred

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM (or equivalent platforms), MS Office, and Google Workspace
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Highly collaborative with a team-first attitude and service-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment with multiple shift options available
