Senior Accounting Analyst  

As a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will prepare complex regulatory and other internal reports for use of the Management. You will also conduct User Acceptance Testing of assigned projects and performs maintenance of some accounting systems.

• Prepares regulatory reports accurately and ensures that reportorial requirements are always met
• Prepares the reconciliation of handled accounts. Ensures that all float items are adjusted within the allowable number of float days and long outstanding items are elevated to Senior/Junior Accounting Officer and Bsp Reports Team Lead accordingly
• Prepares adjustments and entries to be posted in Frp, Fbeq and Oracle Erp
• Prepares report specifications and conducts user testing of reports for automation
• Performs process review and improvement through updating manuals and Service Level Agreement (Sla)
• Ensures that controls to mitigate risks are being observed in all work processes being performed by conducting annual assessment of risk
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Bachelor’s or college degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience, particularly with Bsp Circulars and Regulatory reporting/business/accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Good Project Management and Communication skills
