• Supervises : Store Supervisors

Job Summary

The role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, developing strategies to increase customer traffic and purchases in the store to optimize store profitability.

Key Results Area

Store Operations

• Ensure the smooth, uninterrupted operations in the store on a daily basis, immediately addressing any operational concerns that may arise.
• Ensure products follow the approved visual merchandising guidelines and support any in-store marketing initiatives to maximize store profitability

Staff Development

• Identify individual training needs and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure store employees are competent and can perform their roles effectively.
• Ensure the store team achieve synergy and can work seamlessly to achieve the store’s business objectives

Education / Professional Experience:

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor’s Degree in Business
• At least 3 years relevant work experience in the retail industry
• With exposure in managing / supervising both retail and food services operations
