Human Resources Manager  

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Group Human Resources Manager at Remedy. The Group Human Resources Manager will be responsible for ensuring overall organizational effectiveness to achieve desired business results. You will oversee all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy development.

In addition we want you to:

• Develop a strong understanding of business objectives and goals
• Provide consultation to leaders on organization design/structure
• Ensure organizational structure aligns with strategic objectives
• Drive clear communication initiatives within assigned groups
• Provide an objective perspective on business decisions with alternative solutions
• Measure employee engagement and facilitate action planning with local leadership
• Drive Leadership Development Initiatives
• Identify and implement development programs aligned with local management/leadership needs
• Understand and address talent issues before they impact the business.
• Oversee local compensation and benefits, ensuring market competitiveness.

The role will be based in Taguig, with flexibility for some remote work.

• 10 years of progressive HR experience with a proven track record of strategic HR leadership
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR strategies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills
• Skilled in defining strategic objectives and cultivating a unified sense of purpose and vision
• Proven success in driving organizational change and fostering an innovative and inclusive culture
• Ethical, treats people with respect, keeps commitments, inspires trust, works with integrity and ethics, upholds organizational values, maintains confidentiality
• Collaborative leadership style, able to influence decision-making and facilitate diverse groups
• Adaptable to rapidly changing business circumstances and effective in leading others during times of change
