- Perform research on tourism trends, audience preferences, and competitor benchmarks.
- Design and implement social media strategies aligned with tourism goals.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share tourism content daily (e.g., photos, videos, events).
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and tourism teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, inquiries, and reviews promptly.
- Oversee the design of social media accounts to reflect tourism branding.
- Implement promotions, contests, and partnerships with influencers and travel bloggers.
- Stay updated with trends and experiment with new social media tools and formats.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports to improve future campaigns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field
- Experience in social media management is a plus
- Familiarity with different social media platforms
- Skills in developing effective social media strategies
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written
- Ability to stay organized and multitask
