Clerical and Administrative Support:
Provide clerical support to the Recruitment Section, including assisting with the preparation of recruitment-related documents such as job advertisements, application forms, and interview schedules.
Assist in the management and organization of recruitment files and candidate records.
Data Entry and Record Maintenance:
Accurately enter and update candidate information in the recruitment database, ensuring the data is accurate and up to date.
Maintain organized and confidential records of job applications, resumes, interview results, and hiring processes.
Document Filing and Organization:
Organize, file, and maintain both physical and digital records related to recruitment activities.
Ensure that all documents related to recruitment are easily accessible and securely stored in accordance with privacy policies.
Assistance with Recruitment Processes:
Assist in the scheduling of interviews, pre-employment medical exams, and other recruitment activities.
Help prepare interview kits, including application forms, job descriptions, and assessment materials.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as a point of contact for applicants by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing information about job vacancies and application processes.
Coordinate with other departments and external agencies to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Support in Recruitment Reporting:
Assist in preparing reports related to recruitment activities, such as application statistics, hiring status, and recruitment outcomes.
Ensure that all recruitment reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
General Office Support:
Perform other general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies for the Recruitment Section.
Provide clerical assistance for recruitment events, such as job fairs or walk-in interviews, as needed.
