Collaborates with Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Development Manager, System Analyst, Developer and users to understand software requirements/User Stories.

Creates Test Plan, Test Scenario, Test Cases and Test Reports

Executes Test Cases.

Defect Management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Have bachelor’s degree from reputable university with education background from Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management or equivalent
- Have ISTQB Certified for Tester is preferable or at least familiar with ISTQB standard
- Have >3 years’ experience as Test Analyst in banking industry. Experiences in testing Contact Center applications (e.g. Genesys, 3Dolphins Banking Chat, Web Call Engine, etc.) is preferable.
- Fluent in using Jira.
- Critical thinker and have problem-solving skills.
- Have good time-management skills.
- Have ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Have ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Have experiences in agile project delivery is preferable.
- Familiar with Linux commands, Ms. SQL Server Database and MySQL Database.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Teamwork player.
- Live in Jakarta, Indonesia is preferable
