Digital Marketing & Content Specialist  

The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist is responsible for managing the company's digital presence through social media management, content creation, graphic design, video production, and digital marketing initiatives. This role supports brand awareness, customer engagement, user acquisition, and business growth by developing and executing effective online marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as social media posts, graphics, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
• Design marketing collateral and visual assets using graphic design tools.
• Edit and produce short-form videos and digital content for marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
• Support partnership, merchant, and corporate marketing initiatives through the preparation of presentations and promotional materials.
• Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations to improve digital marketing performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications,
• Multimedia Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related role.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and major social media platforms.
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, graphic design, and video editing is an advantage.
• Strong communication, creativity, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
