- Provide courteous, prompt, and solution-oriented support via email, chat, phone, or remote assistance.
- Log, document, and track all customer interactions in the ticketing system.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical or functional product issues.
- Escalate and coordinate bugs, system issues, and enhancement requests to appropriate teams with clear descriptions and supporting documentation.
- Test and validate fixes or updates before confirming ticket closure.
- Identify after-sales opportunities, such as add-ons or modules that may benefit customers.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles, guides, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate documentation, tagging, and categorization of tickets.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams in fast-paced environments.
- Support reporting, status updates, and team improvement initiatives.
- Perform any duties as required by the company.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years of experience in software support, preferably in business solutions (e.g., accounting systems, ERP, or SaaS platforms)
- Thinks logically and approaches problems with a critical, analytical mindset
- Demonstrates discipline and stays organized to deliver high-quality work on time
- Manages multiple priorities, takes initiative, and follows through with minimal supervision
- Embraces a growth mindset—eager to learn, improve, and support others' growth
- Takes proactive steps and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented support environment
