- Implement the QNE System for clients, providing functional expertise, training, presentations, guidance, and instruction.
- Ensure a professional and courteous approach in all client interactions, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and understand client business requirements, including process and workflow mapping.
- Deploy on-site and facilitate system implementation from project kick-off to go-live and handover to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate and lead requirements walkthroughs and secure client sign-offs.
- Deliver implementation services in a post-sales environment.
- Participate in internal project meetings and provide updates on progress and deliverables.
- Perform any expressed or implied duties required by the company.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Open to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or any related field
- Strong decision-making, project management, and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Knowledge of SQL, system analysis and design, report customization tools, project management, and AI tools and AI systems is an advantage
