Fresh Graduated Training Program (FGTP) designed for highly capable & motivated people who aspire to become Retail business’ Leaders of our future. You will be exposed to various experiences and challenges that enables you to accelerate your learning in Retail Business at its strategic level. You will be provided with hard skill & soft skill training modules within a comprehensive program, and skillful mentors to accompany your growth, and you start from position Assistant Manager !
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements :
- Bachelor or Master degree (any major) GPA Min 3.00
- Max age (Jan 2024) : Bachelor 25 Years, Master 27 Years.
- Fluent in English (Written & Spoken), Korean is plus.
- Leadership experience is an advantage.
- (Proven documents to be carried at the interview)
- Ready to be assigned in Head Office, Jakarta/Stores all over Indonesia.
- Willing to be given the opportunity to pursue a career from the position of Assistant Manager
- Willing to travel domestic & abroad
