Accounts Payable Associate  

We are looking for a detail-driven, financially disciplined, and system-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to strengthen our cashflow control and financial visibility.

This is not a typical invoice-processing role. We need someone who understands how daily financial transactions impact overall company liquidity. Someone who can maintain structure, ensure payment discipline, and provide clear cashflow insights to support better financial decisions.

What You’ll Be Up To

• Maintain and monitor company cashflow stability by tracking daily inflows and outflows with discipline and accuracy.
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes including invoice verification, payment scheduling, and ensuring timely vendor payments.
• Control company expenditures responsibly by validating payment requests and prioritizing disbursements based on financial impact.
• Maintain and monitor aging payable reports to ensure liabilities are well-managed and aligned with payment planning.
• Support monitoring of Accounts Receivable aging and cash-in tracking to improve visibility over incoming payments.
• Prepare structured cashflow reports and support cash-in projections to assist management in financial planning and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Having experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or cashflow-related roles (up to 1 years) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and cashflow management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, reconciliation, and reporting).
• Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Curious and motivated to learn and grow continuously.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with accounting systems (Accurate, SAP, or similar).
• Experience supporting cashflow projection or financial forecasting.
• Experience assisting in monthly closing or audit processes.
