We’re hiring a Credentialing Specialist to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience handling credentialing documents. If you enjoy supporting recruitment operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy in every step of the process, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end credentialing for healthcare professionals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Verify provider documents such as licenses, certifications, and education.
- Coordinate with providers and internal teams to collect and update required information.
- Maintain accurate credentialing records and track expirations for timely renewals.
- Prepare and submit credentialing and re-credentialing applications to networks.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.
Kualifikasi Minimum

At least 6 months of hands-on experience in end-to-end credentialing within a healthcare environment

Strong understanding of credentialing workflows, including primary source verification and provider enrollment.

Good communication and presentation skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
