- Maintain active status of all assigned clients.
- Promote account-strength maintenance via account balance replenishment.
- Upsell the company offers and services.
- Ensure the adherence of the clients to compliance and other regulatory requirements in relation to their account activities.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding any actions taken by the assigned clients to maintain good account management.
- Work that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Demonstrates exceptional account management and sales skills.
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills written and oral.
- Driven and with positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to details
- Results-focused and process-oriented
- At least 1 year of BPO experience
- Sales Skills and Strong Work Ethics is a must
- Real Estate Agents and Insurance or Financial Advisors are welcome to apply
- Can work on a night shift schedule
- Can work onsite in Makati City
- Potential Income is PHP 50,000 if sales quota/target is hit
