- Strategic Sourcing: Identify local KOLs/influencers who mirror POSe's brand positioning and target demographics.
- Market (Social Media) Research: Monitor social media landscapes to identify opportunities and high-growth creators.
- Portfolio Management: Build and optimize a robust influencer database, ensuring all partners are high-value and brand-safe.
- End-to-End Execution: Oversee the entire collaboration lifecycle: outreach, contract negotiation, content vetting, and post-live reporting.
- Commercial Negotiation: Manage budgets and agency relationships to secure optimal pricing and long-term usage rights.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate with Branding, Content, and Ops teams to ensure influencer activities support broader business goals.
- Performance Analysis: Measure success through key metrics (Engagement, ROI, Conversion) and provide detailed performance audits.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Professional Background: Minimum 1 year of experience specifically within Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, or Business Development.
- Established Network: Proven ability to leverage existing relationships with local influencers and agencies to drive brand awareness.
- Platform Expertise: Deep technical and cultural understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and the local digital landscape.
- Communication Ace: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to represent the brand with authority and tact.
- Project Management: Highly organized with a demonstrated ability to execute multiple campaigns simultaneously from start to finish.
- Resilient & Results-Driven: A self-starter who is target-oriented and excels in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
