- Procurement Planning Review purchase requests from different departments
- Identify purchasing needs and required timelines
- Assist in preparing procurement plans and budgets
- Ensure purchases align with company policies and requirements
- Purchase Request and Purchase Order Processing
- Review approved purchase requisitions
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs)
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, prices, and delivery terms
- Ensure proper approvals are obtained before purchasing
- Quotation Management and Negotiation
- Compare supplier quotations and prepare comparison reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree graduate of any IT related course
- With at least 1-3 years' experience as Purchasing/ Procurement Assistant
- Knowledgeable in end to end procurement operation.
- Amenable to work in E. Rodriguez, Cubao, QC (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH).
