- Audit Branch Receipts: Review and verify branch receipts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Sales Verification: Check and reconcile sales records, comparing the manual sales log with the system records to identify any discrepancies.
- Petty Cash Audit: Review petty cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation and checking for any remaining balances.
- Financial Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure all financial records and transactions comply with company policies and audit standards.
- Identify & Report Discrepancies: Investigate inconsistencies in sales reports, receipts, and cash handling, and report findings to management.
- Prepare Audit Reports: Document audit findings and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Perform Other Duties as Assigned by Your Superior: Carry out additional accounting-related tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or any Business-related course
- With basic understanding of bir processes, including tax filing, compliance, and documentation
- Familiar with bir online systems such as eFPS, eBIRForms, Relief, and Alphalist, or willing to undergo training
- Knowledgeable in vat, withholding taxes, income tax, and other statutory taxes
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, sap)
- Proficient in ms Excel and ms Word
- Knowledge of journal entries, bookkeeping, and basic financial statements
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple deadlines
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
