- Assist customers in completing visa applications accurately through online portals or manual forms.
- Verify all supporting documents to ensure they meet embassy or consulate requirements.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of applications to embassies or authorized agents.
- Ensure all visa applications comply with data protection and confidentiality standards
- Schedule appointments and arrange for submission or collection at embassies or visa centers
- Track and update the status of ongoing applications and keep customers informed.
- Liaise with embassy staff or third-party agencies to clarify application requirements or resolve issues.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of visa applications before submission.
- Recommend process improvement and escalate complex or urgent cases to the Visa Supervisor.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 4 years of experience in visa processing, travel documentation and related customer service roles.
- Familiar with both online and manual visa application procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities with embassies and customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and online visa platforms, with a service-oriental and professional mindset
