About the Role:

As a Business Development and Retail Sales Planner, you’ll serve as the control tower for our retail inventory—analyzing real-time data from 60+ merchandisers to ensure the right products are delivered to the right stores, at the right time. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and Agronomy teams to drive sell-through, reduce waste, and support store expansion across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate store-level data into product allocations by SKU/store

Coordinate with merchandisers, buyers, and logistics teams

Conduct regular store visits to validate data and improve displays

Build and maintain sales tools, trackers, and dashboards

Analyze sales trends to forecast demand and support harvesting plans

Represent the company in meetings, trade events, and retail negotiations

Support new retail channel development and expansion efforts

KPIs You'll Influence:

Sell-through Rate | Waste % | On-Shelf Availability

Days of Supply | Forecast Accuracy | Channel & Store Growth

We're Hiring: Business Development & Retail Sales Planner (Hybrid | Metro Manila)

We're a fast-growing modern farming & agri-tech company transforming how fresh produce is grown, moved, and sold in the Philippines.
Setup: Hybrid (Office + Field Visits) | Location: Metro Manila

About the Role:

As a Buniness Development and Retail Sales Planner, you’ll serve as the control tower for our retail inventory—analyzing real-time data from 60+ merchandisers to ensure the right products are delivered to the right stores, at the right time. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, and Agronomy teams to drive sell-through, reduce waste, and support store expansion across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate store-level data into product allocations by SKU/store

Coordinate with merchandisers, buyers, and logistics teams

Conduct regular store visits to validate data and improve displays

Build and maintain sales tools, trackers, and dashboards

Analyze sales trends to forecast demand and support harvesting plans

Represent the company in meetings, trade events, and retail negotiations

What We're Looking For:

Preferably with background in Business development, FMCG, retail management, demand planning, or merchandise/sales operations is an advantage

Proficient in using Google Sheets & MS Office Tools (pivots, lookups, basic modeling)

Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Effective communicator with a bias for action

Comfortable with fieldwork and store operations

Familiar with Sales Tools: Power BI, promo planning, category/planogram management or any sales tool related

Must be Metro Manila-based and open to regular retail store visits

Preferably with personal vehicle or mode of transpo for traveling to supermarkets; store visits

Days of Supply | Forecast Accuracy | Channel & Store Growth

Compensation Package: Php28,000-80,000 (depends on skills and experience)
with Gas Allowance provided + Preferably with personal vehicle since this role includes sites or supermarket visits + other benefits will be disclose during the onboarding process.
