- Incident Management & Operational Support
- Participate in incident management processes, including triage, escalation, and resolution
- Analyze cost impact of incidents (e.g., spikes due to outages, misconfigurations, scaling issues)
- Support post-incident reviews (RCA) with focus on cost optimization and prevention
- Establish monitoring and alerting for cost anomalies and operational risks
- Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Provide regular cost reports, dashboards, and insights to leadership
- Translate technical cloud usage into financial impact and business value
- Work with finance teams on budget planning and variance analysis
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and finance/business stakeholders
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
- Strong experience in cloud cost management and optimization strategies
- At least 3 years in Operation Support role or similar role
- Must have background on Financial Systems
