General Responsibilities

The Business Analyst serves as the primary liaison between the business or client and the project team. The role is responsible for gathering, validating, and analyzing requirements, assessing current business processes, and ensuring that proposed solutions align with the client’s needs and operational objectives.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience working in Agile-based software development environments
  • Strong background in requirements engineering
  • Experience in process definition and mapping
  • Knowledge of change management principles
  • Willing to work on a hybrid set-up in Taguig
  • Okay for a Project-based engagement
