- Lead end-to-end project management for banking-related initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, compliance, and business units
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- 4–5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
