- Perform real-time monitoring and analysis of security alerts.
- Conduct initial triage and escalate incidents according to company SOPs.
- Document security incidents comprehensively and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and mitigate security threats.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in cybersecurity.
- Experience operating SIEM/SOAR tools (both open-source and commercial).
- Solid understanding of EDR, XDR, NDR concepts and other endpoint security solutions.
- Knowledge of network security, operating systems, threat detection, and log analysis.
- Hands-on experience in incident response and handling
- Internationally recognized certification, e.g., ECSA.
- Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR, monitoring tools, and basic cybersecurity concepts.
- This position requires flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and night shifts.
