- Preparation of invoices to clients
- Collection of receivables
- Preparation of payroll and filing of government contributions
- Monthly VAT and other tax computation
- Preparation of monthly financial reports
- Using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to keep, maintain and balance financial records
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Preferred (but not required):
- Familiarity with accounting software (training will be provided)
- Previous internship or part-time experience in accounting/finance
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Experience with data entry and filing systems
