Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning of UI projects, ensuring the design roadmap is aligned with long-term business goals and clinical requirements.
• Develop and optimize scalable creative workflows and design systems to increase the efficiency of the design-to-development handoff.
• Drive the advocacy for inclusive design, ensuring platforms are optimized for users with varying physical and mental health needs.
• Manage high-level stakeholder expectations and resolve complex project bottlenecks through data-driven decision-making and negotiation.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and designers to maintain a high standard of creative and operational excellence.

Application Process

Our application process typically takes one to three weeks, depending on your availability and progress through the following steps:

Step 1: Submit your application form and complete the online assessment within seven days. You will receive your results within one to three business days.

Step 2: If you pass the initial assessment, you will be invited to a full-day onsite evaluation. The schedule is as follows:

• 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Onsite Assessment
• 10:00 AM -12:00 PM: HR Panel Interview
• 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
• 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: One-on-One Interviews
• 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: CEO Forum

Note: Progression through the day depends on your performance at each stage. If your evaluation concludes earlier than scheduled, an HR representative will notify you immediately.

Step 3: Undergo a final review and background check within three business days of the onsite visit. Participate in additional online interviews if required during this period.

Step 4: Receive final results once the review is complete, typically within five to seven business days.

• Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a senior project management or leadership role within a creative or tech agency.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale UI/UX projects from conception to launch.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati.
