MedGrocer's digitally-enabled medicine programs, telehealth services, and corporate clinic medical staff work with hundreds of employers and pharma companies to improve the physical and mental health of over one million Filipinos every year.

The QA Manager leads the quality assurance team in creating and executing comprehensive test plans to identify issues with the software before a product launch. They direct the collaboration with software developers to resolve issues using efficient and up-to-date testing tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily manual and automated testing activities on websites and web applications, including smoke, functional, regression, performance, and security tests.
• Direct the development, management, and execution of detailed test plans and automation scripts using Git, Playwright, JavaScript, and Postman, with integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead collaboration with developers and project managers to identify system requirements, align release priorities and timelines, and resolve quality issues.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate testing documentation, generate reports and compliance documents, and support continuous process improvements to uphold quality standards.
• Mentor the QA team and drive the adoption of new testing tools, strategies, and best practices to enhance testing effectiveness.

Application Process

Our application process typically takes one to three weeks, depending on your availability and progress through the following steps:

Step 1: Submit your application form and complete the online assessment within seven days. You will receive your results within one to three business days.

Step 2: If you pass the initial assessment, you will be invited to a full-day onsite evaluation. The schedule is as follows:

• 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Onsite Assessment
• 10:00 AM -12:00 PM: HR Panel Interview
• 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
• 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: One-on-One Interviews
• 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: CEO Forum

Note: Progression through the day depends on your performance at each stage. If your evaluation concludes earlier than scheduled, an HR representative will notify you immediately.

Step 3: Undergo a final review and background check within three business days of the onsite visit. Participate in additional online interviews if required during this period.

Step 4: Receive final results once the review is complete, typically within five to seven business days.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Knowledge in using Playwright, JavaScript, and Postman.
• Willingness to explore other tools and platforms outside of the current stack.
• Must work onsite in Makati.
