The Senior Finance Manager leads the daily operations of the Finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will oversee the company’s tax and accounting processes, and conduct analyses to enable smart business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the Finance team and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely recording and reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including permits processing and tax filings and payments, while staying updated with the latest rulings and regulations
• Track financial metrics, review reports, and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction
• Collaborate and strengthen partnerships with external clients, such as clients, suppliers, banks, regulators, and auditors
• Evaluate and enhance accounting processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field;
• 4-8 years experience in finance, with proven experience in managing teams;
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure is preferred, but not required;
• Must work onsite in Makati
