Deskripsi Pekerjaan

As a Sales Manager at Masagana Gas Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our franchise network and industrial/commercial sales operations. In support of the Franchise Director and Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team to achieve sales targets, foster strong relationships, and ensure compliance with company standards. Your strategic insights and leadership will contribute to the expansion and profitability of our business.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Management:

Direct and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing franchisees, fostering collaboration and driving mutual success.

Address franchisee concerns, provide ongoing support, and implement initiatives to enhance franchisee satisfaction and retention.

Training and Development:

Develop and deliver training programs for franchisees and sales team members to ensure they are equipped with product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational best practices.

Performance Tracking:

Establish performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor sales performance, franchisee profitability, and market penetration.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Franchise Development:

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive franchise growth strategy aligned with company objectives.

Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners, negotiate agreements, and oversee the onboarding process.

Develop franchise packages and support materials to facilitate successful partnerships.

Collaboration:

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Provide input on product development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to franchise operations and sales activities.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the LPG or related industry.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

    Knowledge of franchise operations and regulatory compliance.

    Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
