Responsibilities:
Automation Strategy Development:
- Design and implement automation strategies for learning and development processes, including onboarding, training delivery, and evaluation.
- Identify areas within the L&D function where automation can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Content Management:
- Automate the creation, distribution, and tracking of training materials, including e-learning modules and assessments.
- Develop templates and workflows for content updates to ensure materials remain current and relevant.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize automation tools to gather, analyze, and report on training metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Provide insights based on data analysis to inform continuous improvement efforts in L&D initiatives.
User Training and Support:
- Train staff on automated systems and tools, ensuring they understand how to utilize these resources effectively.
- Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues related to automated processes.
