Senior Reports Analyst  

M2.0 Communications is seeking a dynamic Analyst Manager to lead and collaborate with our project managers and team in delivering high-quality insights that drive strategic decision-making. In this role, you will oversee team performance, coordinate with cross-regional stakeholders, and ensure seamless resource allocation to meet project objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Project Managers on any potential roadblocks, maintaining clear and open communication.
• Foster career development and skills progression for the team, focusing on soft and technical skills.
• Assess the performance of team members and provide feedback for improvement.
• Point of contact with the Project Managers and Team Leads from the EMEA office regarding the projects they are handling.
• Assist Project Managers with resource allocation and delegation.
• Process candidates and supervise training/onboarding of new team members (This should be mainly done by Senior Analysts, but Analysts Managers can assist if bandwidth is an issue)

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proven ability to delegate resources effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills to act as a key point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced problem-solving skills for team and project management challenges.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, statistical methods, and business intelligence platforms.
