- Manage vendor registration and maintain updated vendor records.
- Coordinate required documentation with vendors and ensure proper archiving.
- Support product registration and product ID creation.
- Coordinate ISBN registration when required and maintain related records.
- Prepare administrative documents for vendor coordination, product development, and internal approvals.
- Maintain organized filing of contracts, registrations, and operational documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents and information.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operational processes.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially in document management.
- Comfortable working with administrative systems, spreadsheets, and structured documentation.
- Good coordination and communication skills when working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
