- Analyze the performance of all marketing activities including marketing channels, marketing campaigns, merchant partners, and merchant promotions.
- Develop and deliver recommendations based on performance analysis to improve the business side, digital marketing, merchant acquisition, social media, and marketing campaign strategies.
- Monitor and measure website and in-app marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver a report on the marketing performance of all marketing initiatives.
- Conduct multipurpose marketing research, customer surveys, analyze benchmarking data and evaluate satisfactions members / stakeholders.
- Research and implement marketing tools to support marketing operations.
- Work closely with business units in the Kompas Gramedia ecosystem to provide marketing insights and recommendations based on marketing and promotion performance analysis.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Economics, statistics, mathematics, or computer science graduate from reputable universities
- Having 1-year Minimum experience with data analysis
- Numbers oriented
- Agile and strong interest in problem-solving
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in Bahasa and English
- Possess effective and efficient communication skills
- Consistent and possess good time management skills
- Willing to learn, fun, sharp, proactive, energetic, work with enthusiasm, and a good team player and communication
- Understanding marketing funnels, managerial economics, software engineering, e-commerce, startup industry, SQL, Python, and algorithm concepts is a plus
- Can work with a fun but straightforward, challenging, and severe management style
- Willing to Work From office
