- Bachelor’s degree graduate from any major
- Have experience in administration
- Mastering using Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Have a good communication and coordination with other people
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Making documents for students related to study programs at the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics
- making announcements of various information related to students (internships, thesis exams, etc.)
- publishing, registering, documenting attendance data, and other administration during events held by the Faculty
- Assisting in taking care of the complete administration required by lecturers when submitting out-of-town assignments for overseas assignments
- Recapitulating data on lecturers' teaching availability
- Coordinating with all lecturers in the Faculty for teaching and exam purposes
- Participating in preparing University activities in accordance with superiors' orders
