Creative Social Media Officer  

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Production: Research, Shoot, and publish high-quality short-form videos daily (Reels) featuring our property listings.
• On-Site Content Capture: Travel to various locations to capture professional-grade footage of property listings (interiors, exteriors, and surroundings).
• End-to-End Execution: Handle the full content pipeline: from brainstorming and scriptwriting to filming, voice-overs, and final editing.
• Ad Creative & Strategy: Transform raw property footage into engaging ads for rent or sale, focusing on "hooks" that grab a viewer's attention in the first 3 seconds.
• Trend-Jacking: Stay updated on social media trends, viral audios, and real estate best practices to keep our listings at the top of the algorithm.
• Content Planning: Develop and manage a thematic monthly content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of property showcases.
• Community Engagement: Proactively respond to comments and DMs from potential leads to drive inquiries and engagement.

Requirements:

• Experienced in using photo and video editing software/applications (After Effect , Davinci Resolve , Photoshop, Capcut etc.)
• Can provide voice-over for digital content
• Very creative & initiative
• Expert in taking good quality photos/videos using cellphones (Iphone users are required)
• Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends on social media.
• Proactive and efficient worker - able to complete smaller social media tasks quickly
• Accustomed to preparing thematic schedules & social media monthly content calendars
• Have a driving licenses (SIM A dan SIM C)
• Willing to have high mobility.
