The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.
The part you will play
Intrepid, a leading eCommerce enabler in Southeast Asia, is looking for an experienced Senior Commerce KAM to oversee our livestreaming operations and drive impactful results for our clients. This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution of livestream campaigns, fostering audience engagement, and driving sales performance across platforms like TikTok, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live.
As a Social Key Account Manager, you will take charge of
- Social Commerce Strategy and Planning: Social KAM will be responsible for Social Commerce (Livestream, Video, and Affiliate) strategy creation working together with relevant content pillar POCs to execute plans to achieve Brand goals
- Operational Management: Align with Content Pillar POCs on livestream scheduling, graphic requirements, host training, video planning, and affiliate planning.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track livestream performance metrics (e.g., Enter Room Rate, engagement rate, GMV) and provide actionable insights for improvement. Create detailed performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting successes and opportunities.
- Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to refine and enhance live commerce tactics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Performance Marketing, Content, and Operations teams to integrate livestream campaigns with broader eCommerce strategies.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure real-time updates on inventory and fulfillment during livestreams.
- Liaise with platform representatives (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) to stay updated on new features and guidelines.

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in live commerce, eCommerce, or digital marketing, with experience in managing smaller-scale livestream campaigns.
- Platform Knowledge: Proven familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live, including a good understanding of their features and best practices.
- Client Management & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, handle requests, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Analytical Skills: Experience in using performance data to analyze campaigns and make recommendations to improve results.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in livestream technology, tools, and analytics platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to address real-time challenges and find creative solutions during live events.
- Passion: Passion for eCommerce and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends to inform strategy.
