Trading System Operations Officer [Outsource]  

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Trading System Operations Officer (Outsource position). In this role, you will support operational activities related to the management, monitoring, and evaluation of the Bond Trading and Reporting system and also Equity trading system. You will also be responsible for executing parameter updates, performing system testing and operational controls, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting initiatives related to system enhancement and operational excellence to maintain effective, orderly, and efficient trading operations.

What You’ll Deliver:

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in system operations, IT operations, trading systems, or related areas.

Core Competencies

1. Basic knowledge of finance and capital market
2. Basic knowledge of project management
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
4. Able to work effectively under pressure and operational incidents

Specialized Skills

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
2. Familiar with common communication and collaboration tools
3. Familiar with Project Management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
4. Understanding of Database concepts and SQL (PostgreSQL/SQL)
5. Basic understanding of REST API and JSON
6. Understanding of system operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting processes

General Requirements:

1. Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
3. Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
4. Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
