Oversee finance processes, analyze profitability, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Manage annual budgets, monitor variances, and ensure accurate forecasting/reporting.
- Ensure timely billing, collections, and coordination with client finance teams.
- Review payroll accuracy, benefits compliance, and tax/government contributions.
- Lead daily financial operations, set KPIs, and drive team performance.
- Prepare reports, support consolidation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support audits, financial closings, and staff performance management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CFA preferred but not required).
- 5+ years in accounting with focus on disbursements, tax, and compliance.
- Strong accounting/tax knowledge, Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, leadership, analytical and communication skills, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Has an awesome personality and ready to join a dynamic team
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup - 4x onsite and 1x wfh (Office: Ortigas, Pasig City)
