Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1+ year of experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement.
- Proficient in social listening tools, trend monitoring, and AI content planning.
- Manage clients' and IXM's social media accounts daily.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns.
- Create engaging social media content.
- Monitor trending topics and audience conversations across platforms.
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
- Strong Microsoft Office and report-writing skills.
