Senior Account Manager  

Podcast Network Asia (PNA) is looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Account Manager to lead our accounts squad.

In this role, you will be the principal partner for our enterprise and branded clients, helping them build and scale premium multi-format (video and audio) shows. You will directly manage two (2) Junior Account Managers to drive campaign execution, prove client ROI, and secure high-value contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Client Partnership: Serve as the main strategic point of contact for clients and ad agencies from onboarding to campaign wrap-up.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise 2 Junior Account Managers and strategically delegate data workflows to 1 shared Account Executive.
• Premium ROI Reporting: Quality-check and translate multi-platform campaign data (Spotify downloads, YouTube watch time, social reach) into clear, high-level business reviews for clients.
• Portfolio Growth: Proactively identify milestones mid-campaign to pitch multi-season renewals, show expansions, and organic upsells.
• Production Liaison: Act as the strategic bridge between client brand guidelines and our internal team (Executive/Segment Producers, Editors, Creatives, Customer Success).
• Tech & AI Hygiene: Enforce absolute data hygiene across internal platforms (Airtable, Slack) and utilize AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate client responsiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Brand Strategy within a digital media network, advertising agency, or high-growth tech platform.
• ASC Knowledge: Deep familiarity and hands-on experience with Ad Standards Council (ASC) clearings, guidelines, and application processes for branded content and advertising executions in the Philippines.
• Data Literacy: Strong analytical skills and ability to turn raw audience and video metrics into a compelling business story.
• Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable working with tools like Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, and leveraging generative AI (ChatGPT/Gemini) to optimize workflows.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent English communication and pitching skills, with the ability to manage and inspire junior team members.
