Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Account Executive to support our client management team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of client campaigns, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering clear, timely reports. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and ready to contribute strategic ideas to enhance client satisfaction and campaign performance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all campaign-related reports for clients, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and clarity for internal and client review.
- Assist in preparing presentation decks and campaign proposals, consolidating performance insights, recommendations, and updates for client presentations.
- Track and monitor campaign timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed and delivered according to the agreed schedule, proactively addressing any potential delays.
- Support brainstorming and planning sessions by contributing creative ideas and strategies to enhance campaign execution, reporting, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights necessary for accurate reporting and strategic recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to support continuous improvement and innovative campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a support, administrative, or analytical role, preferably within media, marketing, or a client-facing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data organization and PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentation creation.
- Excellent organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail, particularly with numbers and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to commit to the required part-time schedule (20 hours per week).
