Production Assistant  

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Production Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our on-ground shoots and post-production workflows, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about the world of media production.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Ground Shoot Assistance: Provide hands-on support during on-site shoots. You will assist the crew with various tasks, including setting up and breaking down equipment, managing props, and ensuring the set runs smoothly.
• Logistics & Coordination: Help with the logistics of shoots, such as organizing transportation, assisting with catering, and running assigned errands.
• Guest & Talent Support: Act as a point of contact for guests, producers, and crew. You will help ensure they are comfortable, informed, and have everything they need on set.
• Audio & Visual Support: Assist with the setup and operation of audio and visual equipment. You may also provide basic support for sound and lighting adjustments.
• Post-Production: Support the post-production team by assisting with basic audio and video editing tasks, organizing media files, and transcribing interviews.
• Set Design: Assist the set designer with the arrangement and preparation of the set, props, and other visual elements to align with the creative vision.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional duties and assignments as needed to support the production team and contribute to project success.

Minimum Qualifications

• A passion for media production, with some experience in a production or assistant role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be a reliable team player.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn on the job.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and software is a plus.
