We are looking for a strategic and energetic Sales Manager to help us continue to scale and grow our business. You will maximize the potential of our Product Specialists, refine our medical sales approach, and ensure a strong, recurring presence in clinics and aesthetic medical institutions. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily field execution, justifying plans to upper management while coaching your team in real-time.
- Strategic Account Management: Directly manage and cultivate relationships with key doctors, sepcialists, and clinics. You will act as a primary point of contact for high-priority accounts, ensuring long-term growth and high retention.
- Team Leadership & Field Coaching: Lead a scale a team of Product Specialists (Med Reps). Spend significant time in the filed to provide curbside coaching , helping specialists navigate complex clinical sales and relationship management.
- Business Strategy & Growth: Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and ensure our products portfolio's leadershp in the Philippines medical aesthetic community.
- Pipeline & Inventory Forecasting: manage a moderate-turnover sales cycle and produce monthly forecasting reports and track inventory needs to ensure smooth supply chain alignment with revenue targets.
- Performance Management: Own recruiting, objective settiung, and performance monitoring. Translate high-level company budgets into achievable, motivating targets for the specialists.
- High-Level Partnering: Build and promote long-lasting relationship with key medical opinion leaders (KOLs) and procurement heads bynunderstanding their medical and commercial needs .
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve regarding competitors in the longevity space and emerging healthcare trends in the local market
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven B2B Experience: Minimum 10+ years of successful experience in Medical Sales / Pharmaceutical Sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Field Expertise: Comfortable with a high-mobility role; a deep understanding of the medical aesthetics landscape and clinic networks is highly preferred.
- Sales Cycle Management: Proven ability to manage recurring clinic sales cycles and maintain high client retention rates.
- Leadership Style: A hands-on mentor who leads by example in the field, not just from a desk.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence doctors, clinic owners, and corporate stakeholders.
